Mike Legett

Mike loves moving. And music. And not desks. So in December 2007, Mike left her grad-schooler status, and traded in a library carousel for a bed, from which she now does all her web design and marketing, when she's not DJing, dancing, or lecturing students. She loves watching students open their worlds to dance, and lives for the satisfaction of a class well taught, or a lead well followed. She's been to some cool stuff, like BluesShout (where she won first place with Reuel Reis in the Strictly Ballroomin competition), and Emerald City Blues Festival (where she taught with -Topher Howard), and Austin Blues Party (where she taught with Dave Madison and DJ'ed), but wherever she goes, she remains engaging, scatterbrained, and passionate.
